With ongoing workforce requirements and busy recruitment pipelines, they are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists who can quickly add value and confidently manage volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job
Working as part of collaborative People & Culture teams, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across portfolios of predominantly high-volume, blue-collar roles. You'll partner closely with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies and keep recruitment moving at pace. You'll manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, proactively sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating recruitment processes and offers, and maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout.
About You
You will be an experienced recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist who is comfortable operating in a high-volume environment. Experience recruiting blue-collar, trades, technical, manufacturing, mining, engineering or operational roles will be highly regarded.
You'll be proactive, organised and able to build credibility quickly with busy hiring managers. Most importantly, you enjoy recruitment that is hands-on, fast-moving and commercially focused, and you know how to find good candidates rather than simply relying on applicants.
