Site Administrator
- Manage site administration tasks including service, ordering, cashier, and stocktake.
- Provide hands-on assistance in various camp areas such as kitchen and cleaning.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy in data entry and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Site Administrators
- $87,253 Base Salary + Super
- Flights, Accommodation and meals provided
- FIFO from Brisbane. Locals are encouraged to apply
The position will also include an element of retail; service, ordering, cashier and stocktake. You will also be expected to provide hands on assistance in other areas of the camp as required such as the kitchen, dining, tavern, and cleaning.
The Person
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in administration
- Cert III in Administration or higher is highly desirable
- Familiarity with using INX or another accommodation booking system ie. SAMS within a busy hospitality or tourism environment is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
- A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders
