Join a well-established healthcare organisation supporting regional and remote communities across Western Australia. This is a true HR Business Partner opportunity, partnering with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across a complex and diverse workforce.
About the Role
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations and people strategy
- Manage complex ER/IR matters, investigations, performance and disciplinary processes
- Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability
- Support organisational change, workforce projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide end-to-end HR advice across the employee lifecycle
About You
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar
- Strong Employee & Industrial Relations capability
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work, Awards and employment legislation
- Experienced managing complex performance, conduct and investigation matters
- Confident influencing and coaching leaders
- Healthcare, community services, aged care or multi-site experience highly regarded
