We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to support leaders across a complex and fastpaced organisation. This role is currently based South of the River with a longer-term relocation to Perth CBD and partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Reporting to the People and Culture Business Partnering Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and facilitator, supporting leaders through change, driving leadership capability, and ensuring best practice outcomes across employee relations, performance management, and workforce initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver business unit People Plans aligned to organisational strategy
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels to develop best practice
  • Provide advice on all generalist human resources and change management
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, WHS, and organisational policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and culture initiatives

You will be a tertiary-qualified HR Business Partner who has held senior operational human resources roles mixed with strategic initiatives. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to support leaders through wide-scale change and transformation, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, influence outcomes and engage with stakeholders in a collaborative and consultative manner. A prior background within organisations with a more complex, matrix model would be preferred, coupled with the rigour of compliance and governance to be adhered to.
Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
