Your new role
As Payroll Transformation Manager, you will lead the integration of payroll operations, systems, processes and governance frameworks across multiple business units. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance and Technology stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll transformation initiatives, including payroll transitions from outsourced or transitional service arrangements, payroll system integration, data migration, compliance readiness and operational optimisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Extensive payroll experience within complex, multi-entity or enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading payroll transformation, integration, implementation or migration programs
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, superannuation and payroll tax
• Experience transitioning payroll services from outsourced or TSA arrangements to internal operating models
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Dayforce, Workday, PayGlobal, Micropay or similar platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll data migration, testing and process improvement
• Excellent project delivery, stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to navigate complex environments and deliver outcomes while maintaining compliance and employee experience
