We are seeking a customer focused and experienced Front Office professional with strong conflict resolution skills to lead and be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you overseeing the daily operations of the hotels front office by managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Key Duties
- Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures.
- Assist in the training of new front office team members and acts as a role model to team members.
- Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues efficiently.
