Reporting to: Managing Partner
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Managing Partner of an established commercial property advisory business.
This is much more than a traditional EA role. You’ll sit close to the business and have exposure across clients, transactions, business development, reporting and broader commercial activity, while becoming a trusted right hand to the Managing Partner.
The Role:
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and executive correspondence.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, submissions and Information Memoranda.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Support sales, leasing and property transactions through document preparation and workflow coordination.
- Maintain CRM records, reporting dashboards and deal tracking.
- Assist with business development, proposals and client relationship management.
- Manage invoicing, expenses, reporting and operational administration.
- Coordinate projects across the business and keep key priorities moving.
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, partners or senior leaders.
- Background within property, real estate, professional services or a related commercial environment.
- Confident dealing with senior executives, clients and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
- Polished, proactive and able to stay one step ahead.
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
- Tech-savvy and confident adopting new systems and AI tools.
Systems: Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, business administration systems and AI tools.
