As People & Culture Manager, youll bring a practical, people-focused approach to supporting the organisations HR needs. This is an opportunity to build on your generalist experience, work closely with stakeholders and contribute to day-to-day people and culture activities. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with a requirement to attend the West Coast office at least two days per week. Accommodation will be paid for to support your time on site.

You dont need extensive management experience or a previous People & Culture Manager title. What matters is a strong HR background, sound judgement and the confidence to provide practical support. Youll bring clear communication, the ability to build trusted working relationships and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
