APS3 Interviewer
Location: Canberra, ACT; Sydney, NSW; Newcastle, NSW; Orange, NSW; Melbourne, VIC; Bendigo, VIC; Adelaide, SA; Darwin, NT; Perth, WA; Hobart, TAS; Brisbane, QLD
Duration: 7 months with possibility of extension
Clearance: Baseline security clearance preferred
Salary Rate: $77,983 - $81,225 GST inclusive
Our government client is seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to support the delivery of labour market research and data collection activities.
This role will suit individuals with strong communication skills, a commitment to data quality, and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will conduct telephone-based interviews, contribute to survey operations, support administrative activities, and help deliver insights that inform workforce and labour market decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews with Australian employers using an approved questionnaire script.
- Record accurate, complete and high-quality survey data.
- Complete ad hoc survey activities, including coding data and cross-checking samples.
- Undertake administrative tasks, including preparing meeting minutes and supporting documentation as required.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support the successful delivery of survey activities.
- Meet performance expectations, quality standards and agreed deadlines.
