Are you an organised administrator who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly and supporting a busy team? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to provide administrative and coordination support within a corporate services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support while working with a diverse range of stakeholders.About the RoleWorking as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will play a key role in maintaining records, managing enquiries, coordinating documentation, supporting projects, and ensuring business processes are administered efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administration activities, databases, records and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and ensuring information remains current
  • Responding to internal enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team members
  • Monitoring and managing a shared inbox, ensuring correspondence is prioritised and actioned appropriately
  • Updating forms, templates, business documents and procedural guides
  • Assisting with document reviews and administrative audits
  • Supporting policy, procedure and process improvement initiatives
  • Providing project and administrative support across a range of corporate functions
  • Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating information and maintaining confidentiality across sensitive business matters
  • Assisting with continuous improvement activities and administrative process enhancements
  • Contributing to a professional, collaborative and customer-focused workplace culture

About YouYou are a highly organised administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. You enjoy helping others, have strong attention to detail, and can work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administration, business support or office coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
