The exciting opportunity

  • Based in Lane Cove with regular travel to our aged care homes predominantly in Sydney’s Northern suburbs and regional locations as required 
  • Partner with the NSW leadership team and managers at our homes to drive positive HR outcomes
  • Provide advice on and investigate and resolve employee relations issues, performance problems, and grievances
  • Implement and manage human resources documentation, systems, policies, procedures and practices
  • Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to help improve attraction, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention
  • Support the evolution of a workplace culture of engagement, learning, growth, talent and harmony

About you

  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and previous experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and other workplace related legislation
  • Experience with complex case management, proactive, confident, and able to build strong relationships, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders
  • Reliable car, driver’s license and willingness to regularly travel to designated aged care homes 
  • NDIS clearance and current Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and full Australian working rights
