About the role:

As the Coordinator, Senior Medical Workforce, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality workforce services that help ensure safe, effective and patient-focus care across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

You will coordinate and support a broad range of workforce activities relating to Senior Medical Staff, including:

  • Recruitment, credentialing, onboarding and appointment processes
  • Employment contract preparation and administration
  • Education, guidance and oversight of recruitment and credentialing processes and systems
  • Compliance monitoring, including registration and employment-related requirements
  • Stakeholder support and advice to clinical leaders and senior medical staff
