Task & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, ensuring the rich, bold flavors of Mexican cuisine are delivered consistently.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to assist with food production, presentation, and sequencing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to ensure a safe, sanitary working environment.
• Assist with the ordering of supplies, fresh produce, poultry, and equipment, ensuring quality control.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for all dishes, maintaining high standards.
• Participate in stock control and planning strategies for waste reduction.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment (experience in Mexican cuisine is a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-energy kitchen setting.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
