This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting multiple stakeholders in a collaborative team environment.
Your new role
In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business databases and records. You will play a key role in maintaining information systems, producing reports, and supporting operational processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating databases, CRM systems and internal records
- Ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and quality checks
- Processing and managing documentation, correspondence and records
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and business documentation
- Managing inboxes, data requests and information updates
- Assisting with system administration and process improvements
- Coordinating stakeholder communications and providing customer support
- Supporting projects and administrative functions across the wider team
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in administration, database management, records administration or a similar role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience working with CRM, ERP or database management systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work
