Your new role
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in office administration. You will be the face of the business, supporting daily operations and providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Preparing and coordinating meeting rooms
- Arranging catering for meetings and events
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Booking couriers and deliveries
- Maintaining office presentation and kitchen areas
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Assisting with general office administration
As your experience develops, you will receive training across:
- Document preparation and formatting
- Records management and archiving
- Data entry and database administration
- Facilities coordination
- Project and event support
What you'll need to succeed
Previous office experience welcome, but not necessaryAny qualification (TAFE, or similar) will be well regardedGeneral knowledge using Microsoft Office products, and PC (rather than Mac), would be preferredMotivated, proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
