We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess and secure top talent. You'll play a critical role in workforce planning, talent pipelining, employer branding, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational, technical and professional roles.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source quality candidates through job boards, social media, talent pools, networking and direct approaches.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to identify the best talent.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interviews, reference checks, offers and onboarding.
- Provide expert market insights and talent acquisition advice to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
- Champion a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the recruitment journey.
About You:

- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment in a corporate, agency or internal talent acquisition environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing capability and experience in identifying passive candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence influencing hiring managers and providing recruitment market advice.
- Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate management skills.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric approach.
