You do not need to come from recruitment. If you have thrived in a sales or BD role and you have the commercial instincts , confidence and drive to build relationships at pace, the transition into agency recruitment is a natural one. We will back you.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through to placement
- Build and win new business , developing your client base and growing your desk
- Meet with clients and take a consultative, commercial approach to understanding their hiring needs
- Develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients across your market
- Attend networking events, client meetings and BROOK functions to build your presence and profile
Skills & Experience
- Background in sales, BD, recruitment or HR with the commercial drive to succeed in a results-focused environment
- Confident, direct and strong with people at every level
- Proactive and self-directed , with a track record of creating and closing opportunities
- Resilient and competitive , with genuine hunger to grow your earnings and your market
- A natural relationship builder who moves fast and follows through
