We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to drive performance, mentor a high-performing team whilst driving results on your own desk. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about developing people, growing client relationships and leading from the front.
The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment consultants
- Drive performance, accountability and team engagement
- Manage your own end-to-end recruitment portfolio
- Build and strengthen client and candidate relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct training, onboarding and ongoing development sessions
- Support marketing initiatives and employer branding activities
About You
- Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role
- Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and motivated by results
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Passionate about Real Estate, Property, Development or Construction
- Positive, resilient and energetic approach to leadership
