What You'll Be Doing:
As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Your day will include:
- Refreshing and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
- Making beds, replacing linen, and ensuring bathrooms are spotless
- Replenishing amenities to ensure rooms are fully stocked and inviting
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Working efficiently to meet room targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Supporting your team to deliver a consistent, professional standard across the hotel
As a Houseperson, your day will include:
- Supporting Room Attendants with linen, amenities, and room setup
- Keeping storage areas clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Assisting with general housekeeping duties, including heavy lifting and moving equipment or furniture as required
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking people who bring energy, reliability, and pride to their work. To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Availability to work at least four days per week
- An eye for detail and a strong focus on cleanliness
- A positive, professional attitude and presentation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided)
