Retail Manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations and tenant engagement for multiple shopping centres.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and service providers.

- Support approximately 5-6 shopping centres located through Sunbury, Woodlea, Diggers Rest and Melton.

Who we’re looking for?
- Current VIC real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one. Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.
The role
Join Knight Frank’s national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/ Shopping centres with 120 tenants. Ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
- Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
- Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
