Tall Timbers Manjimup Pty Ltd t/a Tall Timbers Manjimup Restaurant (located at 88 Giblet Street, Manjimup, WA 6258) is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in a full time role working 38 hours per week in regional WA.
Applicants must have a relevant Diploma plus one-year full-time relevant experience or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant.
- Provide dining and catering services.
- Collaborate with chefs to create menus.
- Organize special events.
- Keep track of inventory and financial records.
- Managing purchasing and pricing within budgetary constraints.
- Manage inventory and finances.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met and the floor is clean, in good working order, and presentable.
- Gather customer feedback on food and service quality.
- Hiring, training, and supervising front and back staff.
- Taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with orders.
