The Role

Are you an experienced Recruiter, Account Manager, or Sales Professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and connecting talented people with great organisations?

We are currently seeking a Permanent Recruitment Specialist to join our vibrant and professional team based in Burswood.

This is a genuine 360-degree recruitment role, giving you ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle,   managing permanent placement opportunities from client acquisition and role briefing through to candidate placement and ongoing account growth. Working within our Industrial division, you'll build your own client portfolio and professional network while identifying new business opportunities across the WA market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a strong market presence and drive successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Skills and experience

To thrive in this position, you will ideally have:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development.
• A proven track record of achieving sales, recruitment or business growth targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to attend client meetings as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow your own permanent recruitment desk, specialising in blue-collar placements, supported by a national network.
• Drive business development through proactive sales activity, lead generation and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Source, attract, interview and place candidates using innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer management and placement.
• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
