You’ll help ensure the efficient and successful recruitment of high calibre nurses, converting client demand into filled contracts. You’ll also contribute to a positive candidate experience and work collaboratively on initiatives that optimise resources and drive meaningful results.

Day to day, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Screen, interview, and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey

• Manage onboarding, compliance, reference checks, and documentation

• Keep systems updated and actively contribute to recruitment process improvements
