The roles
- Consultant - Project Services: Build a specialist desk across project delivery, business analysis, change, PMO and transformation programs.
- Consultant - Data and AI: Grow a market across data, analytics, AI, machine learning, governance and modern technology capability.
- Principal Consultant - Federal Government: Lead and grow a strategic federal government portfolio across technology and transformation hiring.
- Delivery Consultant: Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates across technology and transformation roles, supporting consultants and key accounts.
What you'll be doing
- Develop strong client and candidate relationships in your specialist market.
- Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across contract and permanent hiring.
- Build talent communities through sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Contribute to account growth and broader opportunities across Talenza and The Transformation Group.
- Use modern tools, CRM discipline and AI-enabled workflows to work smarter and deliver better outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Recruitment experience in technology, transformation, project services, data, government or a related professional services market.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with clients and candidates.
- A commercial mindset, high standards and genuine ownership of outcomes.
- Curiosity, resilience and the drive to grow your market, desk or delivery capability.
- For the Principal Consultant role, proven account growth and senior stakeholder experience will be important.
