We're seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Recreation Centre Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Recreation Centre and help create a welcoming environment for the Yulara community. If you're an organized professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Duties

• Manage Reception and Administration duties within the Recreation Centre
• Welcome and support members, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Process memberships and maintain accurate records
• Assist in coordinating community events and wellbeing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional Recreation Centre environment
• Support the Recreation Centre Manager with daily operational requirements

You'll bring

• Previous experience in a customer service-focused role
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification 
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
