Your Day-to-Day:
- Listing and marketing properties with energy and professionalism
- Generating new business while nurturing relationships with clients and the community
- Managing the full sales process, from appraisal to settlement
- Delivering exceptional service and results to clients
- Collaborating with our admin and marketing teams to execute standout campaigns
- Maintaining a strong presence in the local market and contributing to a positive team culture
What You'll Bring:
- Current Agent's Representative or Real Estate License (VIC)
- At least 1 year of experience in listing and selling property
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Collingwood, East Melbourne, and the Inner North/South-East suburbs (existing reputation ideal)
- A team-oriented, proactive attitude - someone who values collaboration over competition
