About You:
- Able to manage a portfolio of 120 to 135 properties
- Able to work with leasing and BDM teams
- Able to work autonomously
- Experienced in Property Management software
- Wanting to work in a team that genuinely cares about their career and clients
About the position:
- Manage 120 properties - with growth to 135
- Leasing & Inspection support
- Monday to Friday – WFH one day
- PropertyMe, Inspection Express (training provided)
- Ongoing training and support with industry and legislation changes
- Team events (in business hours)
