Property Manager - PERFECT PM ROLE - INNER WEST- 100 properties

Based in Melbourne’s Inner West (3020) - this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, fun team, along with a Director with an outgoing personality and brings a fun sense of humour.
Join this agency & you will have autonomy to manage your portfolio with 2 days from home and get your weekends back working only Monday to Friday!
About the Role;
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Work from home up to 2 days per week
- Manage a local portfolio of approx. 100 properties
- Full administration support to help you stay on top of your portfolio
- A supportive team with a fun and positive culture
Salary; Up to $90K + Super, depending on experience.
About You;
- Proven property management experience is required
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Experience using a Property Management program being Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
- Corporate attire & presented
- Car & Drivers Licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
