Following the success of the Flinders Lane original, this new outpost of our opulent Venetian-style steakhouse makes its home in one of the city’s most significant architectural icons. Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen’s prized wood oven and Josper grill.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Production Chefs to join our team at Grill Americano Sydney. This is an amazing opportunity to either start your culinary journey and learn from the best in the industry or to utilise your skills and experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional. 9am-5pm shifts available.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience as a production chef advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Demonstrate positive attitude
- Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance
- Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Calm and composed demeanour
