Your new company
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Process Specialist / Business Analyst to support the development and embedment of enterprise-wide business process management initiatives. Working within a high-performing transformation environment, you will play a key role in improving business processes, enhancing service delivery, and supporting organisational capability uplift.
This is an initial 6-month contract based in Brisbane CBD with hybrid flexibility.
Your new role
Reporting to senior process and business architecture leaders, you will contribute to the implementation and maturity of business process management frameworks and methodologies across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation and ongoing maturity of business process management frameworks
• Facilitating business process reviews to identify improvement opportunities and drive standardisation
• Analysing current-state and future-state processes to improve service delivery outcomes
• Developing process documentation, tools, resources and training materials
• Providing expert advice and guidance on process management priorities and best practice
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across business and project teams
• Supporting governance, continuous improvement and benefits realisation initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in business process management, continuous improvement or business analysis roles
• Experience delivering process improvement outcomes within large and complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
• Experience with BPM methodologies and tools such as BPMN, IBM Blueworks, SAP Signavio or similar
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and research skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
