  • Support managers with supervision, feedback, performance conversations, learning plans and capability development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and workforce data, and prepare reports that support audit readiness and evidence-based decisions.
  • Contribute to recruitment, workforce attraction, employee engagement, workforce initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Identify risks and emerging issues, exercise sound judgement and escalate complex or sensitive matters appropriately.

What we are looking for

  • The ability to provide practical advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance and other employee lifecycle matters.
  • A genuine passion for building and supporting employee and leadership capability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Discretion, professionalism and sound judgement when managing sensitive matters.
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The confidence to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment without compromising compliance, safeguarding, quality or safety.

Desirable

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
