Your new role
You will take ownership of a manageable portfolio and be responsible for delivering high-quality owners' corporation management services, including:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial owners corporation.
• Maintaining strong relationships with committees, owners, and key stakeholders
• Preparing for and facilitating AGMs and committee meetings
• Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and levy management
• Coordinating maintenance works and contractor engagement
• Providing legislative advice and ensuring compliance with VIC regulations
• Managing day-to-day queries and resolving issues efficiently

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as an Owners Corporation / Strata Manager in Victoria
• Solid understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and relevant regulations
• Experience working in the commercial industry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
