Infinity Workforce Pty Ltd is a newly established Australian business based in Bankstown, NSW. As the company develops its operations, we are building structured internal systems and processes to support efficient administration, sound governance and sustainable business growth. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for establishing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative functions of our office and to support management as the business grows.

About the Role

This is a hands-on office management position responsible for organising and controlling the administrative functions and resources of the Bankstown office. The successful applicant will establish and maintain office systems, coordinate administrative activities and personnel, manage records and resources, and ensure the office operates efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and relevant requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·Plan, organise and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and resources of the office.

·Develop, implement and review office systems, procedures, service standards and administrative workflows.

·Set administrative priorities and allocate staff, office space, equipment and other resources according to operational requirements.

·Assign work to administrative staff, monitor performance and support the effective completion of administrative tasks.

·Maintain business records, accounts, expenditure records, correspondence and document-management systems.

·Coordinate personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, training, supervision and performance processes.

·Liaise with management, staff and external service providers to coordinate office activities and resolve administrative matters.

·Manage office facilities, equipment, systems and supplies and arrange maintenance or services where required.

·Assist management with the implementation and review of workplace policies and internal administrative procedures.

·Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, procedures and work health and safety requirements.

·Prepare regular reports for management on office operations, staffing, resources, expenditure and administrative matters.

Essential Skills and Experience

·AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Management, Administration or a related field, or at least three years of relevant office management experience.

·Demonstrated experience in office management or senior administration, including responsibility for office systems and resources.

·Experience coordinating or supervising administrative staff.

·Strong organisational, record-management and administrative systems skills.

·Experience with personnel and payroll administration would be highly regarded.

·Sound understanding of workplace procedures and work health and safety requirements.

·Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

·High level of attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality.

·Salary of AUD $80,000–$100,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
