The business designs, manufactures and supplies custom graphics kits, decals and related products to customers in Australia and internationally, with customer service, design and production functions operating from its Burleigh Heads facility.

Office Manager
Daily tasks include
- Manage daily office operations and administrative processes to ensure efficient business performance.
- Maintain office systems, procedures, and records to support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office resources, equipment, suppliers, and service providers to support business activities.
- Supervise administrative staff, allocate workloads, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, supplier payments, and monitor operational expenditure in liaison with the bookkeeper.
- Assist with budget monitoring, stock purchasing, and the preparation of management reports.
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, schedules, and project documentation to support project delivery.
- Maintain business records, correspondence, and confidential documentation in an accurate and organised manner.
Requirements:
1) Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
2) At least 1 year of relevant experience in office administration, customer service, operations or a similar business environment.
3) Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills; ability to coordinate multiple priorities across administration, customer service, design and production; high attention to detail; computer literacy and ecommerce/order-management experience; and the ability to work independently and take responsibility for day-to-day operational matters.
Annual salary: $79,499 + superannuation (38 hours per week)
