Your new company
An established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to become the central point of contact for its Sydney office. This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit team where you will enjoy variety, autonomy and the ability to make a genuine impact on daily operations.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office while supporting both leadership and the wider team.

  • Managing front-of-house reception and greeting clients
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining office, kitchen and filing areas to a high standard
  • Preparing professional correspondence and client communications
  • Providing administrative support to the management and accounting teams
  • Maintaining and updating databases and records
  • Assisting with client onboarding processes
  • Supporting business operations with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous administration experience within an accounting firm or professional services environment
  • ASIC administration, including company incorporations, annual statements and ABN/TFN registrations, Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Now Infinity, and FYI Document Manager experience are highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A professional, reliable and trustworthy nature
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • The ability to work independently and confidently manage competing priorities
  • A resilient attitude and strong commitment to delivering high-quality support
