Black Nugget is looking for a new Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager who have a passion for all things hospo!

We’re looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to manage the diverse operations of a multifaceted venue.

Essential requirements:
- Experience in a management role in similar or bigger venue.
- Experience working in a gaming venue.
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends.
- Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss.
- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- RSA, RSG, RLMV & Approved Managers License.
- CLO is desirable but not necessary.
