The Opportunity
Multiple opportunities for experienced Legal Assistants with a background in Personal Injury law to join a well-established plaintiff firm, with positions available across their Melbourne CBD and Richmond offices.
You will support a team of experienced plaintiff lawyers across a busy caseload, contributing to the efficient running of matters while working within a firm known for its structured, supportive, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage legal correspondence

Draft and file court documents within required timeframes

Manage diaries and calendars
-
Organise and schedule meetings
-
Open, manage, and close matters
-
Liaise with key stakeholders including solicitors, clients, and more

Respond to and assess client enquiries

Prepare briefs to Counsel

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury law

Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

Solid knowledge of litigation processes and procedures

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
