Capture Recruitment is working with an established Melbourne manufacturing business seeking an experienced Internal Sales, Accounts & Administration Officer to join their Laverton North team.

The Role
• Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Assist with invoicing, account queries and general accounts administration
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Follow up inbound email and website sales enquiries by phone
• Process customer orders and ensure details are entered accurately
• Follow up existing orders and keep customers updated on progress
• Provide general office, customer service and administration support as required
Requirements
• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or office administration
• Experience processing customer orders and following up enquiries
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable proactively calling customers to follow up quotes and enquiries
• Strong administration skills with good attention to detail
• Basic accounts experience including invoicing or accounts support
• Reliable, organised and able to manage several priorities throughout the day
