We're partnering with a well-established organisation looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join their team and play a key role in supporting leaders across a diverse portfolio.
This is a genuine business partnering opportunity where you'll be sitting alongside leaders, understanding their priorities and helping navigate everything from workforce planning and organisational change through to employee relations, performance matters, workplace culture and leadership development.
You'll be the person leaders turn to for advice when situations are complex, sensitive or high impact. Whether it's guiding a manager through a challenging employee matter, supporting organisational change, identifying workforce risks or helping shape future workforce capability, you'll bring a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
What makes this role particularly exciting is the variety. You'll have the opportunity to work across both strategic and operational matters, influencing decision-making while still remaining close enough to the business to see the real impact of your work.
We're looking for someone who knows how to build credibility quickly, communicate with confidence and develop strong relationships at all levels. You'll bring solid experience across employee and workplace relations, a commercial mindset, sound judgement and the ability to balance people outcomes with organisational needs.
