CH on Peel Pty Ltd (trading as Central Hospitality Group) / CH Boutique Hotel is currently looking for a couple of hardworking, dedicated individuals with an eye for detail, quality and cleanliness to join our housekeeping team.
Duties and Responsibilities as a Housekeeping Personnel:
- Clean guest rooms and hotel public areas to the hotel's high standards and guidelines.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities.
- Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly.
- Report maintenance requirements.
- Report lost property following correct hotel procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
- Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained.
- Ensure all WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
About You:
- Previous experience working in a housekeeping department or a commercial cleaning setting is desirable
- High standard of personal presentation
- Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and approach to work
- Physically fit and energetic
- Able to follow clear instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent eye for detail
Salary: $58,000 - $66,000 per year
