Hospitality Allrounders
- Multi-functional allrounder position across kitchen, bar, retail, cleaning, and housekeeping services.
- Full-time role with a 14/7 roster, including accommodation and meals on-site.
- Previous experience in food service or cleaning is desirable.

Full-Time | 14/7 Roster | Flights & Accommodation Provided
- Full-time annual salary: $92,827 + superannuation
- Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off
- 11-hour shifts
- Accommodation & meals provided on-site
- Flights from Adelaide Airport or Port Augusta included
The Position:
This is a multi-functional allrounder position, with duties across kitchen, bar, retail, cleaning, and housekeeping services.
Kitchen / Bar / Retail
- Cleaning kitchens, equipment, and dining areas
- Dishwashing and pot wash
- Restocking food and beverage items
- Serving drinks and operating tills
- Stock handling and unloading
- Floor cleaning (mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming)
- Safe chemical handling
Mine Site Cleaning
- Cleaning offices, amenities, and crib huts
- Restocking consumables
- Waste removal
- Cleaning tea huts and shared areas
- Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Housekeeping
- Changing bedding and making rooms
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Preparing linen packs
- Restocking linen trolleys
- Dusting, vacuuming, and general room cleaning
The Person:
- A strong team player with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working long 11-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience: Food service / hospitality, or
- Cleaning / housekeeping / general maintenance
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – desirable
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
