Woods & Co have partnered with a fast-growing business coaching company, seeking a driven High-Ticket Closer to join their sales team.
Our client works exclusively with tradie business owners across Australia and New Zealand, helping them grow and improve their businesses through a high-ticket coaching program.
In this role, you'll run in-depth 'Game Plan' calls with business owners who have already come through a full Connector and Setter funnel. Your job is to diagnose what's really going on in their business and close a coaching program. You won't be smashing through hundreds of leads. You'll take around two quality calls a day.
What's in it for you?

- $2,000 commission per client: $1,000 on sign-up and $1,000 after 30 days
- Serious earning potential: 3 sales a week is around $6K USD a week
- Genuinely qualified calls, with no prospecting or cold calling
- Only around 2 Game Plan calls a day
- Historically strong conversion across the closing team
- A high-value $57K offer that changes how tradie businesses operate
What you'll do:
- Run 90 to 120 minute Game Plan calls with qualified tradie business owners
- Lead strong discovery to get beneath surface-level problems
- Uncover the commercial and personal pain behind the business
- Listen properly, control the conversation and diagnose before prescribing
- Close the coaching program in a consultative, not pitch-heavy, way
- Consistently work towards a 70%+ close rate
- Speak primarily with AUS/NZ business owners, with North America depending on lead flow
What you need?
- A proven track record closing high-ticket offers, backed by real numbers
- Experience in coaching, consulting or business services sales (highly regarded)
- Exposure to trades or business owners (a big advantage)
- A direct, grounded and commercially sharp communication style
- Comfort with a commission-only contractor structure
- Recordings of your sales calls and your previous sales results to share during the process
