THE ROLE
We are currently seeking energetic and self-motivated Gaming Attendants who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role
- People person who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
- Ability to multi-task & remain calm
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
- Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights (4:00am closes), weekends and public holidays
