KEY POINTS WE FOUND
  • Manage front-of-house operations and provide a welcoming experience for employees and visitors.
  • Support the coordination of internal events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with office operations to ensure a well-presented and smoothly running workplace.

I’m partnering with a well-established global financial services business to find a proactive front of house professional to join its stunning Sydney office.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace and delivering a high standard of service. You’ll be at the heart of the office, supporting day-to-day operations, helping coordinate events and contributing to an engaging employee experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing front-of-house operations and providing a professional, welcoming experience for employees and visitors.
  • Supporting the coordination of internal events, campus initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Assisting with office operations and ensuring the workplace is organised, well presented and running smoothly.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and helping new starters settle into the business.
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
  • Assisting with after-hours events and activities when required.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is proactive, adaptable and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You’ll have previous office or reception experience, strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels.

You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change, and you’ll bring a flexible, solutions-focused approach to your work. The ability to take initiative, maintain high standards and look for ways to improve processes is important, as is an openness to new technology and evolving ways of working.

We’re looking for someone who is keen to establish themselves in the role, contribute to the team over the longer term and become a consistent presence within the business.

Full working rights in Australia are essential.

Please note: This role requires someone to be office-based five days per week.
