What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this hands-on position, you’ll support the Bars Manager and work closely with the bar team to ensure every guest enjoys high-quality, professional service. You’ll take charge of planning and running bar operations, managing stock, and assisting with staff training and development. 

What you will bring to the role:  

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and exceptional food & beverage skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a busy team 
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving 
  • Current Tasmanian RSA accreditation
