Key Responsibilities
- Managing hard and soft service contracts
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
- Overseeing contractors and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, WHS and building requirements
- Managing budgets, expenditure and reporting
- Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting capital works, refurbishments and improvement projects
- Monitoring building performance and asset condition
About You
- Experience as a Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Manager
- Exposure to both hard services (HVAC, electrical, fire, mechanical and building services) and soft services (cleaning, security, waste and ground maintenance)
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of building compliance and safety requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex environments
