Your New RoleDue to a short-term requirement, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the organisation on a four-week temporary assignment based in Launceston.Supporting members of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is highly organised, professional and comfortable managing sensitive information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary, calendar and email management for senior executives
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and executive documentation
- Assisting with board administration, agendas, minutes and meeting papers
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing records, registers and confidential information
- Providing day-to-day support across executive and governance functions
The position offers a varied workload and would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously while managing competing priorities.
What You'll Need To SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Strong diary and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing reports, board papers or executive documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience within the not-for-profit, health, community services or government sectors will be highly regarded.
