Our Adelaide office is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to work closely with our managing partner and executive team.

About the role:

The Executive Assistant provides high level support to the managing partner, executive team and the board of Knight Frank Valuation and Advisory SA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and inbox management across competing priorities. Including last-minute schedule changes and pivots.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and local and interstate conferences.
  • Managing the travel requirements of managing partner and executives.
  • Leading an administrative team to assist and develop, ensuring tasks such as events and travel are being completed effectively.
  • Connecting the wider Knight Frank community, ensure communication is handled appropriately and employees are in the loop.
  • Provide administrative support to the board and executives, including document preparation, monthly report compilation and meeting coordination.

Who we’re looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in administration or personal assistant support (3+ years preferred), any field is welcome.
  • Exceptional people skills, able to build trust quickly and work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilient and organised, able to manage high volume workflows and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A hands-on team member who’s willing to step into any operational need and see tasks through to completion.
  • Basic financial acumen and previous experience in using XERO to assist with budgeting, invoicing and expenses is desirable but not required.
