Development Manager
- Lead the delivery of a large scale community in Victoria.
- Manage the rollout of 200–220 lots per year and build strong relationships with builders and stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead an Assistant Development Manager while reporting to senior management.

- Lead the delivery of a large scale community
- Manage rollout of 200–220 lots per year (traditional housing & townhomes)
- Build and maintain strong builder and stakeholder relationships
- Mentor and lead a dedicated Assistant Development Manager
- Report to senior management and take accountability for your project
- Exposure to an additional smaller scale residential development in close out phase

The Candidate
You Will Bring:
- Strong land subdivision experience as a DM (essential)
- Confidence presenting at JV/board level
- Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
- Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
- Town home experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to “hit the ground running” in a fast-paced collaborative environment
