The Role:
Join the Melbourne team and take ownership of a major Victorian portfolio.

  • Lead the delivery of a large scale community
  • Manage rollout of 200–220 lots per year (traditional housing & townhomes)
  • Build and maintain strong builder and stakeholder relationships
  • Mentor and lead a dedicated Assistant Development Manager
  • Report to senior management and take accountability for your project
  • Exposure to an additional smaller scale residential development in close out phase

 The Candidate

You Will Bring:

  • Strong land subdivision experience as a DM (essential)
  • Confidence presenting at JV/board level
  • Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
  • Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
  • Town home experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to “hit the ground running” in a fast-paced collaborative environment
