Development Manager

Our Client
Is a privately held development group who have an enviable track record in the residential land development sector. This group have an impressive pipeline of masterplanned communities and land subdivison developments nationally. Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently seeking a Development Manager to join their close-knit, high calibre team. 

The Role
Joining a tight knit development team and working closely under the leadership of a Development Director, this role will have exposure to the full development lifecycle. You will work take ownership for the feasibility and driving development outcomes across front-end design, town planning, sales/marketing and delivery through to settlement. 

About You
This role will suit candidates with the following background:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property or a related discipline
• Proven experience in the land development sector
• Experience in development management is a non-negotiable, this role is not suitable for those transitioning from another discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong financial acumen

Salary range is $140 - 160k package + bonus.
